At previous speaking engagements, I shared my story of building a product from scratch (more details are shown in the video below) and all the mountains I had to overcome to make this happen. Each time the Q&A portion came around, hands would fly up ready to ask the same question: “How did you do it??” and for a while, I didn’t have a clear, tactical answer. But now, I do.
After breaking down my own journey, I realized there was a repeatable process behind it. Now that I have a framework for doing seemingly impossible things, I feel a responsibility to share it with as many people as possible.
